Zurich needed an email system that could handle their multiple territories and teams, and needed support to launch an ambitious new email cultivation programme aimed at their UK intermediary channel.
We provided Zurich with an Enterprise Enabler licence. The Enabler solution was dynamic and featured content led, preference driven newsletters. Mailings were 100% individualised on-the-fly drawing on a bank of articles authored by specialist writers. All content, messaging and offers were driven by broker interests and their commercial value to Zurich.
The new programme supported fresh segmentation of their brokers and replaced a long-standing monthly print publication. Key benefits were reduced costs and increased personalisation. Activity generated a 204% growth in their database, above industry average open and click through rates and measurable spikes in quote volumes.
