Bullet For My Valentine - All These Things That I Hate (Visible Noise)

Savan Kotecha - Amazing (SonyBMG)
Hailing from Sweden but born in Austin, Texas, Savan Kotecha has been writing with Dannii Minogue, Holly Valance, Geri Halliwell & most recently Westlife. Helping to co-write their new single 'Amazing' this will definitely be a big hit for him & a possible number one.

The first Stockholm band of the issue, The Concretes were formed in 1995 & after many line-up changes are now a settled seven. Also formed in Stockholm by childhood friends Adam, Ted and Carl in 2001 these Swedish indie pop rockers have already made their name in the US thanks to the OC & a tour supporting The Dears. 'Please Please Please' is a perfect slice of the band's high-energy, ultra-melodic sound they are becoming renowned for.

Scotland's finest collection of singers & songwriters, Teenage Fanclub were formed in 1987. This classic track is luxurious in it's harmonies & is taken from the 1995 album 'Grand Prix' which is famed for being the band's truest group effort, democratic in every way.


ELO - Evil Woman
Formed in Birmingham in 1970, ELO's are a band renowned for their fusion of Beatles-esque pop & big riff-laden melodies. 'Evil Woman' was one of the most respected chart hits of its era, and one of the best songs that Jeff Lynne ever wrote - it was apparently written in 30 minutes.
