Enabler

Enabler is a browser-based email marketing tool delivered as a hosted ASP (Application Service Provider) service. There is zero impact on your existing IT systems. The solution is platform independent with fast and robust complex data processing. The Enabler software has been designed and developed to meet a wide range of client requirements. The service uses standards based technology to facilitate easy integration with 3rd party systems.

These technologies include XML and SQL to enable two-way communication between systems both manually and programmatically. Your organisation is likely to have a range of existing systems that have been developed over time for each of your product or services. Typically, these will be a combination of in-house developments and/or third party solutions. It is likely therefore that a number of interfaces will need to be developed to these different systems to provide the required level of integration.

Enabler is hosted at a secure, high availability location within the UK. The servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with defined escalation and resolution procedures.There are several servers supporting and providing for the Enabler solution, each dedicated to a different aspect of the service, from front-end web servers through high performance database servers to the mail servers.The hosting architecture includes load balancing and failover in the event of a component failure, as well as warm and cold stand-by systems.

We provide a 99.5% SLA against which we have never failed. All of the servers are secured against intrusion and 'hacking'. We test out each security patch and system patch on our test servers before they are rolled out to the live servers. We regularly test against new and existing vulnerabilities and have penetration tests carried out by third party security companies to ensure that we are as secure as possible. All emails generated by the Enabler email marketing software system are anti-virus checked before serving.
